Flexible Payment terms
Since most of our orders, except “Ready to Ship” items, are made to order, the final price is determined once the piece is completed. We provide an estimate before you place an order, which may vary by +/- 5% depending on the actual amount of gold and diamonds used.
You can choose between two payment options:
- Pay the full amount on our website. After the order is ready, we will reach out if there’s any additional payment or refund due.
- Alternatively, contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email to pay 50% of the estimated price upfront, with the balance due once the order is complete.
Shipping
