At Diava Diamonds, our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a range of policies to give you flexibility and peace of mind. Please read the following carefully.

7 Days No Questions Asked Returns

  • ·        Returns can be initiated within 7 days of purchase, with a maximum value of INR 3,00,000.
  • ·        A refund will be processed once the product passes our quality assurance inspection, including verification of the original invoice and certificate.
  • ·        Once approved, the refund will be issued via online bank transfer to the customer’s account within 1 week.
  • ·        For any product returned to us, a nominal shipping fee of 2% of the product’s value or the actual shipping cost (whichever is lower) will be charged.
  • ·        The product must be in unused, undamaged condition. If the item is found to be tampered with, damaged, or altered, the return will not be accepted.
  • ·        Returning the original jewellery certificates is mandatory. If the certificate is lost, an additional fee will be charged for re-certification.
  • ·        Diava Diamonds reserves the right to refuse unreasonable or excessive returns.
  • ·        To return an item, you can simply place a return request on our website or get in touch with us through email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Whether you're looking to sell your jewellery back or upgrade to a new piece, we ensure fair valuation based on the current market rates. Let’s assume you purchased a lab-grown diamond ring with the following details:

  • Lab-grown diamond weight: 1 carat
  • Metal (gold): 5 grams
  • Making charges: INR 10,000
  • Discount received: INR 2,000
  • Taxes paid: INR 5,000

Now, let’s assume the market values for diamonds and gold have changed after a certain period. Below is the comparison of the initial purchase value and the updated market value:
