Every piece is made to keep. If it isn't right, returning it should be simple — and its value should stay with you for life.
Return any Ready-to-Ship piece within 7 days of purchase, up to ₹3,00,000 in value. Refund by bank transfer within a week of approval. Made-to-order and customised pieces are made specifically for you and are not eligible for this return window.
Bring any Diava piece back, whenever. Transparent, component-wise valuation — for as long as you own it.
7-Day Return Terms — Ready-to-Ship Only
The 7-day return window applies only to Ready-to-Ship pieces, purchased as-is off our shelf.
Made-to-order and customised pieces are crafted specifically to your brief and are final sale — they are not eligible for this 7-day return.
Returns can be initiated within 7 days of purchase, to a maximum value of ₹3,00,000.
Refunds are processed after a quality-assurance inspection and verification of the invoice and certificate.
Once approved, the refund is issued by online bank transfer to your account within one week.
A shipping fee of 2% of product value, or the actual shipping cost — whichever is lower — applies.
Items must be returned unused and undamaged. Any tampering voids the return.
Original certificates must be returned; a lost certificate incurs a re-certification fee.
Diava Diamonds reserves the right to decline unreasonable returns.

Making charges, discounts and taxes are non-refundable. Damaged items, or those missing stones or certificates, carry a proportionally reduced value. Diava Diamonds reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
